oil in diesel fault

Vauxhall omega 2-2 y22 Seth 02 reg oil in diesel waxy engine management light
intermittent coming on goes sluggish and crawls up hills no problem before
service last week now problem still oil in fuel filter only 132783 miles help

I got out the Ouija board.. Got almost the same answer...

The Vauxhall Omega was the British twin of the Caddy Catera.
2.2 L Diesel was offered across the pond.
I'm guessing it's an 02.
