Default 2 q's about 94 Disco landrover (windows and check engine light)

1. my front pass and driverside window do dont work anymore? is there
a way to see if its a problem with the motor or the regulator or just
an electrical problem?

2. My Check engine light came on.. is this triggered by sensors or by
miliage in this car?

cheers.

Hi,
Your windows are probably regulator related, however, just to be safe I
would check all your fuses, under hood and under dash. sometimes a fuse
that is labeled one thing might affect your window operation.

As to your check engine, how does the truck run, if it is still running
fine, it is most likely yourO2 sensors. Replace all 4 at one time when
you do it, otherwise you will burn out your newer ones and your check
engine light will be back on in 25k miles. The yellow check engine
light is not triggered by milage. On the upside, Autozone should be
able to plug into your OBC reader and tell you what is wrong.
Good Luck.

also let me add that the back windows intermitantly (1/25 times) do not
operate.. and this usually occurs when the car is first turned on...
