Default Fuel Line Clamps

i have 96 Explorer. it has 70k miles and i've never changed the fuel
filter. do you need a special tool to get the fuel line clamps off?

Not for the clamps, but you will need a tool to release the fittings. I
paid $5-10 for a set at the parts store.
