You have asked essentially the same question in several messages on
several forums over the past week. Most backyard mechanics can slap in
a new set of pads and hope for the best, but it seems you have other
problems with the brakes that will take someone with the tools and
skills to correctly diagnose and correct. I would strongly suggest
that you take the car in to a good garage or Toyota dealer for an
evaluation and repair.
