The general opinion in this group has been negative, though not always for
what I would call objective reasons. (Daniel Stern further down represents the prejudiced point of view rather well.) Anyhow, it should be reasonably well made as it comes out of the Karmann factory in Osnabrück. http://www.karmann.com/website_all/h...de_portal.html Scroll down for Crossfire pics: http://www.karmann.com/__C1256DF7005...2003c806d.html I saw a Crossfire Roadster driving around the Karmann factory last July. I believe it hadn't been launched then. Also some Crossfires comingoff the assembly line. Somewhat off-topic, Karmann is involved in a 'convertible seminar' at the end of this month. http://www.cabrio-tage.de/mic/cabrio...sch/themen.php DAS For direct contact replace nospam with schmetterling --- "Norm & Debbie" > wrote in message news:2Lyhe.79073$r53.69152@attbi_s21... > > Group, what are your opinions of the Chrysler Crossfire? It's all a function of what you want in a car. The Crossfire isn't the
fastest car on the lot - but for me it's the most fun. As for the looks, I love it. Its not that all dealers don't won't to work on them. Only certain dealers are authorized as service centers for them. My wife works at a dealership. They do not sell them becuase they cannot service them. She had to turn down a sale of one and send the customer to another dealership to buy one. She did get three more sales from the customer. The customer was a casino looking ot give cars away for the month. Sarge |

Hmmm - when I plug that into an online translator, it comes out: "Yes, but, your pig throwers is not certified any longer!"
