How do I remove the sliding door panel to lube the lock mechanism?

upper trim pops off, there may be a screw in the tray by the window then the
panel just pops off as you pull it towards you

Default 2002 grand caravan sport help door panel

first look at the trim that surrounds the window it pops off towards the
middle of the glass.
then remove the hidden screw you just found for the lower panel then if
there is a handle pocket there is a screw in that. then pop off the
panel with your hands which will require some pull you will see what i
mean once you start
