help, possible brake problem???

Does this make sense? Thanks. I’d say most likely the pad is completely gone (worn out) and the piston might be stuck against the rotor. This happened to my own ’99 Intrepid just a few months ago, there was a constant scraping sound at low speed. I can’t remember exactly what I paid at my local Midas to have it fixed, but I don’t think it was more than a couple hundred. |

Also, be prepared that you may have to replace the rotor as well as the pads! |
