So, moron, is it safe to drive the speed limit in a 65mph zone when
heavy rains are falling? By the logic you push, it is. But any
reasonably intelligent individual (which definitely excludes you) would
note the fallicy of that.

I know that you're posting through google where you can have more than
one message displayed on your screen at the same time. Those of us who
don't read and post through google rely on quoted material to achieve
the same effect.

The last time I used google to post, it did leave quoted material in
like it was supposed to.

Sometimes it is. Especially if the same road under dry conditions is
safe at 80+, which is quite common here in the central valley (and
some of these roads are posted even lower than 65!)
