Regeared, changed the oil, when do I do it again?
I had my TJ regeared 4.11 a while back. I changed the differential oil after
500 miles per the mechanics instructions. How long should I go before doing it again? All the gears and bearing used were brand new. -jeff |

Hi Jeff,
An oil change is cheap insurance, I figure the break in time is about a hundred miles, if you didn't find any metallic look to the drained oil, than I think your good for go, out to the normal maintenance suggestions: http://www.billhughes.com/lubeschedule.pdf Or if it were mine, in about another thousand miles to ease my conscience, and pat myself on the back, as another job well done. Or if I found some mud to drive in. God Bless America, ßill O|||||||O http://www.billhughes.com/lubeschedule.pdf Handywired wrote: > > I had my TJ regeared 4.11 a while back.
