I bet a dollar there's a vacuum leak there. Clean the PVC, check the fuel
pressure at the rail, and if those don't do it, start looking more aggressively
for vacuum leaks. That might mean borrowing a smoke machine from someone.
That 28.9% short-term fuel trim is not a good sign.
