Recommendation?: Books On Shopping For New Cars?
Hi;
I'm in the market for a new car. I've been reading the free, online book on how to shop for cars called: carbuyingtips.com I've been learning a lot, but there is no free lunch and I am a bit suspicious of how the site supports its staff and pays its bills. It seems to promote about the same 1/2 dozen reference sites heavily. It also promotes a for-pay (fightingchance.com) site that will tell you how much a dealer paid for a car that costs about $15 more than the same service from Consumer Reports. Anyway, I'm thinking I should read a second book on how to buy a new car just to be safe. Anyone care to make a recommendation? Thanks in advance Steve |
