Default gas filter bowls

Old gas engines used to have glass filter bowls just prior to the
carburetors for collecting trash and water. . I'd like to find one of the
bigger ones of those assemblies.

Who made the things? Are they available in parts stores anymore, or are
they strictly a junkyard item?

goto a racing shop like performance improvements and ask for an inline gas
filter.
