early and go to bed late. According to federal safety officials, that can be deadly. No way to even measure that. The answer is to make it mandatory that the person at fault in a fatal crash goes to prison for at least 10 years. Then people wouldn't drive while tired or drunk or playing with a cell phone or a million other things. |

Some places already have a law, it falls under the "impaired" driving
umbrella. Anything that impairs your ability to safely operate a vehicle, this also includes medical conditions as well..
