Default 95, head locating dowel

sigh,

i found the head locating dowel on the floor of my garage and while i
probably know the "correct" answer, i was hoping someone would tell me
that it isnt really necesary to have it installed. btw it has a sebring
sc on it, (or will soon). removing the head would make mounting the
clutch plumbing easier, but...

I hate when that happens. The dowel locates both the head and the head
gasket. I'd make things right if a SC is contemplated.
