Default Install instructions/pictures?

Guys, I have an ultrashield Rallye seat, and a set of G-Force 5 point belts
awaiting the weekend to install, but I need help.

Do any you folks know of install instructions with pictures for them? I'm a
tall guy, so I know that I need to mount the seat to the floor. I'm looking
for a description of how that is normally done, along with any accompanying
pictures. The same goes
for the 5 point harness, looking for instructions/pictures.

Anyone have any ideas? (Yes, I wandered around on miata.net, and couldn't
find what I was looking for, so, links would be a GREAT help!)
