Default 90 turbo cravan code 13

I just installed a fresh long block and am now getting error code 13.
Indicating a problem with the map sensor. The engine runs pretty well, but
has a slight miss at idle. Is the map sensor shot or should I look
elsewhere? The van is a high miler 275k kms. I don't know the history of
the van as I bought it with a blown motor.

Thanks.

The first step is to make sure you have vaccuum at the map sensor, and a
good connection, been so long since i dealt with a map code, i forget if
the 13 is vacuum or electrical, But if there is a code, im sure the
vehicle is running rich at idle, if you got at least 18 inches at the
sensor, a good ground at the (i believe the blue/black wire) and 5 volts
at the (i belive the orange wire) the map sensor is bad
