Winning a fee H2 would be like having somebody draining money from your
bank account. I can't even imagine what it's like trying to fill these
with gas all the time.

But you could always sell it to some idiot and either bank the $$ or

I guess that's true. I would definitely try and turn around and sell
it if it didn't create any negative tax ramifications.
