poll - would you report bad drivers to a website

Rat out line??? If you saw someone robbing a store or molesting a kid
would you turn them into the cops??

I also would if I saw someone terrorizing a neighborhood in a
beat-to-**** econobox with bald tires doing 41 in a 25.
