Default Where to buy a BMW factory spoiler?

Looking for a factory spoiler, preferably an original M6 spoiler, for my
1986 6 series. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Would that be
hard to install?

Thanks,

Dwight

Well, there's ebay and a number of salvage yards like Vines Automotive
where you could turn up a used one. I'd also check with the E24 group
at Roadfly.com. Lots of very knowledgeable folks there, some of whom,
oddly enough, might actually *have* one of these to sell. There are
probably new ones floating around as well (maybe Bavarian Autosport
has them).

If my experience installing an E28 factory spoiler on a 528e is any
indication, no; it's quite simple. Drill a couple of holes and stick
it on.

Ask this guy. He's got enough gee-gaws bolted on. Perhaps he can point
you in the right direction

Bavauto claims to have them, but I know a fellow that tried for literally
several years to buy one without success.

Why can't they just stick to Honda and leave BMW alone?

Apparently, it was once an E36 Compact.
