Default Honda Accord Engine Sound

I have a Honda Accord EX V6, which has been running for 100,000 miles
now with minor problems. I have always followed the manufacturer's
recommended service schedule and use Genuine Honda Parts for
replacement.

Off Late I have observed that the engine makes more sound than it
normally used to make while climbing hills, or accelerating on a
slightly inclined slope ( I feel like I am driving a V4 verses a V6, if
you know what I mean). The pickup looks fine and the car does not show
any other indications of fault, expect that I feel the engine is
struggling more than it should for accelerating. Could there be
anything that I can do to fix/diagonise it ?

I have changed the following recently :

1. spark plugs
2. Engine Air Filter
3. Engine Oil ( Though I think I might have overfilled a couple of
ounces, will this be an issue ?? )
4. Canister shutoff valve - some leak near the canister, so the valve
had to be changed. It has been atleast 500 miles now that I changed
this part.
5. Added STP Injection Cleaner to the Fuel.
6. Started using Premium grade Fuel (93 octane) just to see if there
would be a difference - did not find much !
Any suggestions are appreciated.

Regards,

If the pickup is fine but the engine feels rougher and like its
struggling more, it might be a motor mount.
