Greg, have you tried Alfa Parts Exchange? They're in the States, California IIRC.

Thanks again for the tip.

I called them and they don't have any bumpers from that era.

His suggestion to me was to blast the rust out with a power washer,
fill it with glue, and clamp it so that it might hold together for a
while.

I'm thinking of making a fibreglass mold and starting a business
because if clamps and glue are my best option.... yeesh.
