Default Door locks - Voyager/Caravan

Two questions:
1. Trying to get power door locks to work.
Checked switches with a meter - OK. Not sure of the motors, but
seems likelihood of both failing is low.
But I cannot verify power to the switches. Based on testing the
terminals on the switches, power seems to be via the red wire in
harness that goes thru door jam. Where does it go from there?
Door is not original, and it looks like harness was spliced, but the
splices all look pretty solid.
Checked the fuse block. The C/Breaker works, as it is the same as the
power seats.
Any thoughts on tracing this issue appreciated.
2. Need to replace door lock cylinders. How to remove?
TIA
Bob
