Stream Holes
I just purchased some Edelbrock 60229 for my '67 Mustang. It appears that I
have an early 289 and must drill some steam holes. According to Edelbrock I should only drill holes on the number 1 and 5 cylinders. I'm wondering why I shouldn't drill eight stream holes since the old ones at the top of the cylinders will be covered. What exactly is their purpose? |
