Default 1976 Front Wheel Bearing

I am a new corvette owner of a 1976. I have a clicking noise coming from
the right front wheel. Is this the wheel bearing? If so is there
anything special I need to know to replace the inner and outer bearing or
is it pretty straight forward as shown in the workshop manuals I have. Is
there anything else it could be. Noise started after I washed the car but
has lasted for a few days.

Have you got wheel covers ? or Center caps ? either can be loose.
Remove and drive
IF it's just a cover squeaking put it back on tight, or put some tape on the
edges to muffle the squeak.
May also be a brake pad , check the pads and pins that hold them if you have
to past the wheel cover issue.

Could be as simple as a stone in the tire, or a loose wheel weight or
brake pad. You can try snugging the wheel bearing a bit, but you should
be able to tell if you have a loose bearing by jacking the wheel off the
ground and trying to move the wheel & tire assembly by gripping it at
the 3 and 9 o'clock and 12 and 6 o-clock positions and wiggling firmly
(alternately pulling out with one hand while pushing in with the
other)... normal looseness should barely be discernible, and you can
always compare it to the opposite side wheel.
