535d speed limiter

can anyone help (535d)
what are the additional features with automatic air conditioning advanced in
uk spec. i am told this will include an upgraded computer which will allow
you to set a speed limit for example when driving into a 50mph limit i
should be able to hold the car to the limit i.e. i can set the max speed
the car will do
is this correct?

You set maximum speed, over that speed you will
hear audio warning. I think it started with E32 (7 series).

in my old eclass it actually prevented the car from going above the set
limit, only activating kick down switch off the limit I was hoping this
would be the same however it sounds like only an alarm
