Is my 1998 535i finished?

Am I going to keep on getting these > problems now? Not once you fix them :-) Sometimes repairs all seem to come at once and you get a big bill. But when you compare the cost of running an older car don't forget to allow for the depreciation you'd pay on something newer. If the car is in good shape rust wise then I'd carry on fixing it. Didn't they check the wheel bearings while replacing the disks? You would have saved a lot of labor costs if they had checked everything else while the car was apart. Mechanics like that will result in excessive repair costs on any car (all car parts are quite expensive these days). Jim |
