Default 97 Explorer - Center console & Speakers

Couple of questions

1) can someone tell me or direct me to where I can find out what the stock
sizes of the speakers in the non-jbl sound system are.

2) My center console has developed a pretty good shake, how is that unit
secured into the car ?

TIA

1) Select your car at crutchfield.com and let them tell you:
http://www.crutchfield.com/App/Produ...=399&c=3&tp=12

2) You don't mention the year, but those units have been prone to break
free. See:

Thanks again for the lead - but I wasn't refering to the hinged armrest
that is referenced below - I was refering to the whole center console
