What's the difference between these two codes? Can DTC codes be read

These are listed in most service manuals, so having the code is just the beginning of a little detective work. That said, without a code reader and/or scanner, you're pretty much in the dark about why the MIL is illuminated. So by all means, you can buy one of mine, a 9135 Actron, for a good price if you wish. I don't need it anymore now that I have a 9145. e-mail me if you're interested.
