Default 97 Explorer Sport 4.0 SOHC Belt alignment

I have replaced two belts on this 97 Explorer Sport 4.0L SOHC, and it
continues to cut off the 6th of 6 beads on the belt.
It appears the flat sheave on the fan may be the culprit, and need moved
back towards the block one bead width.
Is there room for adjustment here. All the other sheaves seem to run true,
except where it runs hard against the back of the fan shave which in turn
guides the belt forward over the front edge of the motor sheave.

Help, and thanks,
MoonDogii
