Default First time insurance charges

It would seem that there are insurance companies that have been charging an
improper accident surcharge to first time auto insurers which is causing
legal issues in California. I recently found on a new site that there
appears to be a case against State Farm Auto Insurance, 21st Century Auto
Insurance, and Farmers Auto Insurance for these charges. I thought this
might be of concern to first time auto insurers and have provided the links
to check out.
State Farm - http://www.lawyersandsettlements.com...tatefarm2.html
21st Century - http://www.lawyersandsettlements.com/case/century.html
Farmers - http://www.lawyersandsettlements.com/case/farmers.html
The sites have more information on the case and also offer a legal case
evaluation. I found this interesting and thought it might be of some help.
