Fixing a mutilated power window door frame. 89 Accord Honda.
The driver side power window works fine for years but
recently it will roll up halfway and stop. In an attempt to get it up (in the pouring rain) I rock the switch quickly while pulling the window up by hand. This was not a good idea. An inch of the door frame that hold the bolts are gone. The door is useless for bolting the motor to the door. I need a new door. I'm have some experience with welding but I would avoid at all cost. What would you do now that you no longer have a working door frame? Thanks |
