Default Explorer 2001 Sporttrak false antilocking

My 2001 Ford Explorer antilock is kicking in very lightly but enough to
scare the hell out of me about 1 out of every 10 brakings.
At a standstill (in gear) the brakes are firm and fine. Is this a sensor
aand if so, where is it?
