94 Metro engine info requested
If you throw a timing belt at 30 MPH in the 1.0L engine will it
do any head damage like the old escorts used to do? I was getting on an on ramp to an interstate and threw a belt as I was accelerating from a dead stop. Needless to say the car came to a dead stop also. How much damage did the throwing of the belt do to the heads? It still turns over but that's about it. It's a 94 metro 1.0L with 130000 on it. Thanks in advance. |
