Default '99 Dodge Caravan Air bag light only, not clock spring? Help.

My '99 Dodge Caravan started to have the air bag light come on and off,
especially when turns were made. The horn and Cruise are unaffected. Is
this still probably a clock spring issue, or is there some kind of sensor
that may be bad. No recall for the '99 so any input would be greatly
appreciated. Thanks!

Most likely the clock spring - which in reality is nothing more than a
flexible printed circuit. One or more conductors can become
intermittent (cracked) while the rest of the mylar supported circuitry
remains intact.

I had that happen on my daughter's Neon - and I tore it apart and
fixed it.
