Default Plugged Windshield Drains, Help Needed

The drains at the base of the windshield are plugged on my '05
Limited, water just slowly seeps out onto the driveway. Undoubtedly,
this came from all the stuff dropping from the trees around here this
time of year. There are no obvious fasteners holding the plastic
cover and I am hesitant to begin prying at it to try to lift up and
clean the area. Anyone know how to do this?
