Default 2000 Explorer engine swap

I am swaping a 2004 SHOC 4.0 Explorer engine into a 2000 Explorer. I am
using the 2000 exhaust manifolds (they fit the 2004 engine) and I can
not install the oil filter for the 2004 engine as it gets stuck with
the exhaust manifold as it tightens... The exhaust manifolds on the
2004 engine do not fit the plumbing on the 2000 Explorer (which is
4x4)...

Any suggestions on a different oil filter or oil filter relocator kit?

Thanks
