Default Power window on 2004 Jeep Liberty

The glass on the right front window has intermittently stopped going
UP when I use the switch on the console. (If I continue fiddling with
the switch, the glass will/may eventually go up).

Is this a problem with the switch, the window regulator and/or other
mechanism?

does it do the same thing on the passenger window switch?? If it
eventually goes up it might be the motor going up.. Do you hear the
motor? Does it sound like it's fighting, or does it just work, or not
work?

The front-left (driver's) window and both rear-seat windows operate
normally; the problem is with the front-right (passenger's) window.
