Default 95 SC1 Hesitation under a load

I have a 95 SC1 with manual transmition. My car runs fine on the highway
but under a load shifting between 2nd and 3rd or even 1st and 2nd it kind
of Chugs or bucks. Have already replaced fuel filter, EGR valve, and new
plug wires. Any Suggestions?

I am not familiar with that year of car but it might be related to a bad
fuel injector.....
