1991 spirit no spark no power to fule pump

ok i have a 91 dodge spirit with the 4 cylander not turo or anything
anyhow i was driving it and came to a light and stoped after stoping
the car stalled and it hasnt started again since. i have no power to
the plugs or to the fuel pump. i have replaced the pump, plugs, wires,
cap, button and the coil and it still havs no power any help would be
greatly appreciated thank you luke
