With all due respect, I'm afraid that one of the things that turns me
off (not completely, mind) about rFactor is that there seems to be
many variations of the exact same track which will increase the count,
not to mention the many car/mod versions confusing things.


I'm not doubting that rFactor has many tracks available though, as I
believe that it's much much easier to produce one in rFactor than in
GPL.

Besides, it wouldn't surprise me if a lot of those tracks started out as
GPL conversions (i.e. originally developed in GPL)?

(Not sure about this though; I'm sure rFactor has many fine original
tracks, too, btw.)
