A handy tip for filling up your tank.
While filling up at a particularly slow pump, I discovered that a stick of lip balm is the perfect size to keep the fuel flowing while I wait in my truck warm and dry as the tank fills. -- "I don't know where bin Laden is. I take it they have removed the handle locks in your area - bummer. I suppose also the reason they did this is to make sure someone is always at the pump - you may want to check the legality of leaving the pump unattended. I found in the rare instance around here with no handle locks that my gas cap usually wedges in pretty well. |

So what are they gonna do, keep you from paying for the gas and charge you with "sticking lip balm in the handle?" |

Makes for a nice fireball when you reach for the nozzle and a static
sparks send the vapors a rollin'. Henry H. Hansteen wrote: > While filling up at a particularly slow pump, I discovered > that a stick of lip balm is the perfect size to keep the > fuel flowing while I wait in my truck warm and dry as the > tank fills. > > > |
