156 Headlights

Hi,

I need to change my RHD headlights for LHD ones on a 1997 156. I've found a
place which can supply the units for £150 each but am uncertain whether I
can do the job myself. Does anyone have experience of doing this? The
technical CD makes it look simple enough except where it says you need a
special tool to remove the front bumper.

Failing that, does anyone know how many hours labour would be charged by a
dealer for doing this work?
