Default help with my dashboard lights

Two nights ago, I parked my 2000 328i and turned it off. Strangely, the right turn signal kept flashing and I couldn't turn it off until I restarted the car. Since then,
My dashboard display has been behaving strangely. All my lights are working, but my signal lights don't flash or make noise on my dashboard display. Also, my seatbelt light stays on despite the seat belts being used and the clock no longer shows on the stereo display but does on the dashboard display. Any ideas anyone?
