dodge 1983 hasn't been driven in 5 years

Just inherited a dodge 500. I think it's been 5 years since it was last
driven. Garage kept. Mint condition.. 23,000miles. What do I need to do
to drive it home?

If there is a lot of gas in the tank - Drain it out. If not much or near
empty, put in a lot of gas stabilizer, and two bottles of fuel system
cleaner and fill the entire tank with fresh gas. Change the oil, and air
filter. Take out plugs and inspect, or just simply replace. Check brakes
out. repair as necessary, Probably have to check out battery as it probably
