I heard from my friends in Spring yesterday. They still had no power
or cable but apparently did not have much structure damage - thank
goodness! Lots of trees down though and lots of clean-up still to do.
The worst that happened to them personally was that he broke his
glasses.

Ike hasn't caused us any problems here in eastern PA but when Hannah
came through, it spun off a tornado in Allentown which did some real
damage to a local high school.
