no click,no start
I have a 94 dodge shadow and there is no click no start, I've checked the
starter relay, the ignition switch, the starter, the computer, most wiring. Sometimes(once in a blue moon) it will start just a-1. I also can start it with a wire from the starter relay and battery while turning the key. I have good battery, lights, everything but it won't crank on it's own, not even a click. I'm thinking of running a jump wire with a toggle switch so I can switch the toggle and turn the key.Any idea to fix this right will be useful.Cause we are stumped. |

Double checked the gear selector to ensure it's in park if it's an auto? If it's in park, check the *cable* *itself* and make sure the *transmission* *itself* is in park, not just the PRNDL. Beyond that, I'm stumped too. CJ |

Thanks for the tips, it was the neutral safety switch, what fooled us was
we tried a new one, but it was faulty also, throwing us off the problem. Who would have thought the new switch was bad also. |
