5000 water deflector
Does anyone know if someone other than Audi makes and sells the
plastic cover that is at the base of the windshield that covers the fan blower, wiper linkage etc. It's very thin vacuum formed plastic and i can't see paying $90 from the dealer if i can get it cheaper someplace else. Thanks bgc |

What would be the profit for them? It deformes and sometimes a lot but you can deform it too with the use of a heatgun. Don't forget to put some chewing gum (like stuff) between the windshield and the thing. Ronald |

It's not like they are going to sell 50000 of them to get the tooling cost back. Consider a junk yard? |

Get the part from a '90 or '91 100 / 200. The material was much thicker
and durable. Boneyard should not get more than $10 - $20 for this part.
