Default 1996 Concorde Power Windows Partial Failure

I can control all four power windows from the driver seat. However, the
individual controls on the passenger side and both rear seat windows do
not work. My guess is that it's a blown fuse. Any other ideas?

Never mind. The Window Lockout Switch (WDO) had been activated which
disables the switches to the other windows. Deactivating that switch
cured the problem.
