Default What Does It Take?

About a year ago I witnessed a young DAB rear-end a truck while messing
with a CD. The CD broke and pierced her hand.
This morning while waiting for a walk light, a car rear-ended a vehicle
that stopped for the traffic signal. It was the same DAB that had reared
the truck. When the cop arrived she told him she thought that the “Buick
was going to go thru the red light” and she was going thru also.
She isn't blonde either.

Gee,what are the odds of seeing the same person have another rear-end
collision a year later? And -recognizing- that it's the same person?

I'm filled with doubt.

Darwin will catch up with her. He just takes some time every now and
then with all the idiots in the world who have a desire to off
themselves in a stupid way...

The first instance was in July 2004. I was with my neighbor when the young
lady hit a gravel truck on IL 177. I have spoken to her several times since
as she works at St. Clair Square. She has a pretty bad scar on her right
hand but no impairment, except mental. She wasn't injured this time and both
vehicles had moderate damage.
