I read that Ford says the GT500 will sticker "in the low $40Gs" and
they'll produce 8K-10K cars per year for three years.

They will sell for way more than $40K to start.
But with that high of volume, they'll come down.
Going to be one heck of a ride for barely $40K!

Yep. that's the concept now that the production numbers will be there.
On second thought I may until the next model year as well since I don't
really like any of the color options I've seen thus far.

So at this point, they should just about be ready to ship, as we're a
week into June already. It'll be interesting to see when the first ones
are spotted on the road (if they ever make it that far).

Wonder if anyone's getting one for Father's Day...
